Installer un plugin avec Tomtom Home v2

Ces plugins ne fonctionnent, en version v6, que sur les Tomtom suivants : GOx10, GOx00, Rider, One et OneV2 !
Tripmaster v1.8, Offroad Navigator v1.7, ReverseItn v1.4, NMEALogger v1.5 et Suntime v1.7 fonctionnent en version v6 sur le Rider 2, moyennant une modification dans le fichier de configuration. En v7, avec la même modification, ils fonctionnent sur le One XL et les GOx20.

Cette version corrige le problème d'écran brouillé en version 7 de l'application Tomtom.

Comment faire fonctionner NMEALogger sur Rider 2 (en v6), One XL, GOx10 ou GOx20 (en v7) ?

Pour que NMEALogger fonctionne sur Rider 2 (en v6), One XL, GOx10 ou GOx20 (en v7), faire les opérations suivantes :

installer NMEALogger sur votre Tomtom
le lancer une première fois, l'écran va être brouillé
l'arrêter en cliquant sur le coin bas droit de l'écran
connecter votre Tomtom à votre PC pour éditer le fichier /nmealogger/config.txt avec Wordpad
dans ce fichier, changer la ligne screenadaptation none par screenadaptation rider2
sauvegarder vos modifications et re-démarrer votre Tomtom
relancer NMEALogger, l'écran doit être lisible

Fonctions

NMEALogger vous permet d'enregistrer les trames NMEA telles qu'elles sont reçues par le Tomtom. Les trames sont enregistrées dans le répertoire /nmealogger dans un fichier nmea_nnnn.log (nnnn variant entre 0000 et 9999).

Vous pouvez aussi choisir d'enregistrer les traces décodées en choisissant "Yes" pour le paramètre "Decode frames".

Si vous choisissez le mode "Append", tous les enregistrements d'une même session d'utilisation de NMEALogger sont concaténés dans le même fichier. Si vous choisissez le mode "New", à chaque relance de l'enregistrement des trames dans une même session, un fichier nouveau est créé.

Ajouter une icone NMEALogger au menu Tomtom

Si vous avez le menu standard (ie. si vous n'avez pas de fichier tomtom.mnu file sur votre disque ou carte SD), une icône est ajoutée à la fin du menu principal, comme n'importe quelle application qui a un fichier .cap dans le répertoire /sdkregistry.

Si vous avez un fichier tomtom.mnu, vous devez le modifier pour voir l'icône correspondant à l'application dans votre menu personnalisé.

Ajouter une ligne :

MENUITEM|TASK_SDKn|

avec "n" égal au bon chiffre (entre 1 et 9) pour l'entrée /sdkregistry correspondant à l'application, selon le nombre et l'ordre des fichiers .cap dans votre répertoire /sdkregistry.

Version précédente : 1.4

Cette version nomme les fichiers .nmea au lieu de .log pour qu'ils puissent être utilisés plus simplement dans les logiciels d'analyse de trames NMEA. Il traite aussi correctement le cas où une trame reçue ne se termine pas par le caractère Carriage-Return.
